Awesome Auger was not complete, I want what I was promised.?

I have tried several times to contact customer service. No one answers the call.1-866-504-7702. After seeing others with the same situtation. Can't something be done? How can I get what I paid for , if I can't, get a response. If they do this to everyone, seems like it is illegal, in some way.

Maybe the Better Business Bureau could help?
