Customer Service!!!?

I work in CS/Tech and I have to assist customers via phone... for those who work in CS>> Don't you hate when a customer call with an issue and they either won't let you talk, don't give enough information (for example: their answer to everything is I don't know), or they just plain rude? What do you wish you could do to them???.lol... I'm honestly use to it: so I learned how to handle these customers...lol

Angel you're horrible... lol... put the phone down... not good...

I hate it when Cust Svc. Reps act as automatons bred by the company, and programmed not to help but to cite company policies and make these policies look like unbreakable divine command.

Thank God(or science) there are still Cust. Svc. Reps who have escaped from the "matrix" and are able to think for themselves and actually help the customer.
