Re-4 code prior service naval veteran?

looking for answers here.............

served in the navy for 2 out of a 3 year enlistment, received an re-4 code, and a general (under honorable conditions) discharge? Any chance at all of me getting back into the military? any feedback would be appreciated highly.......

it was for drinking on one occasion and one count of ua.(by ten min.) i was young and didn't start drinking alcohol till the service....any recruiters out there that can help me i would greatly appreciate...will go further into details with the right one.............thanx

You need to discuss your situation with a recruiter. It depends on why you were discharged, if that situation would bar enlistment if it had occurred outside of the service and if the situation has been rectified.

No chance. I assume you were discharged for a pre-existing medical condition which should have disqualified you in the first place. If that was the case, that condition is also disqualifying for all other branches of the military as well, since all branches use Army Regulation 40-501, Chapter Two as the medical standards for enlistment or appointment.

not going to happen. the National Guard will consider a waiver on a case by case basis, depending on the narrative. No other Branch will give you the time of day.
