Can my mom cancel my couseling? |
Im on probation. My PO said that all i have to do is do community service hours (done) and finish couseling and im off. Couseling isnt going well. In fact i havent really been doing it. Im 14 almost 15. Can my mom tell my PO that im doing better so i can get off probation? This comes up all the time as parents try to get conditions of probation modified. Most POs will require a note from the counselor telling the PO that no further counselling is necessary. The PO will not accept the opinion of mom because mom is biased. nope. the only person that can decide you dont need the counseling anymore is your counselor. Sure she can. No, she can not. |
