The answer I received from Edd e did not make any sense at all?

I need to know why specifically why I cannot get qualified help to make Outlook Express work without all the letters from Yahoo telling my service is insecure. MAKE IT SECURE, I do not like yahoo mail, too many pop ups and clutter.

Then use google,aol,I have had yahoo mail for many many years and have never had any trouble with pop ups or clutter. You must not have a pop up blocker or your computer is junk. ONLY YOU can make it secure, stop blaming yahoo,if you don't like them change.

I'm also yahoo for mail no problems here try putting your pop up blocker on it should work then hope you find a solution good luck
