What would be a good weakness answer?

in an interview for a customer service position? and what would be the strengths?

I don't have any weaknesses. I am very confident.
I am very outgoing and love to talk to people. I always walk the extra mile to satisfy the customer!

I've interviewed many people and almost always ask people what their biggest weakness is for the single reason that people will quite often tell you something that immediately disqualifies them.

The best answer is a weakness that shows something positive about yourself that would be a key strength in the position that you're going for. In customer service, I would think that the ability to interact in a positive way with people would be an important set of skills. So maybe a weakness could be that you don't enjoy working on solitary tasks--that you feel most energized/motivated when interacting with other people. This is just an example...the key principles here are to tell the truth, but tell a truth that reflects positively on you.

A good strength to describe might be the ability to actively listen to what people are saying or problem solving abilities etc.
