Why does nintendo treat gamecube owners like poop? |
on nintendo's customer service, if you call saying you have a question about the gamecube, they will treat you like a piece of poop, they say we dont really know the answer, and here are your options, all we can do is repair it or send you a refurbished one. Both Nintendo and Microsoft pull all support for their old systems months after the new system releases. As far as Nintendo is concerned, the Gamecube died around May 2007. Gamecube unfortunately has now become an obsolete piece of technology to nintendo now, so they won't really give a crap about what questions you have or anything about it. all they want is for you to get a wii since you can still play all your gamecube titles and plus new wii titles. game cube is very obsolete and the wii is new and came in 2006 so of course Nintendo wont help you on the cube its like calling Nintendo costumer service just so you can get help on the NES Because the GC is a failure, so there's really no point for customer service to help you out. They want you to buy a Wii. |
