Anyone else have problems w/US Airways customer service? |
I bought a ticket three months in advance, then noticed huge price drop this month for same route, but US Airways Customer Service Dept can only parrot their policy to "not offer any refunds, however, if you would like to cancel your first ticket and repurchase for lower price, then we can assist you".. which was not my question at all - my question; which was sent to them twice by snailmail, was how does this policy support their "Customer First" policy..?? But apparently its not their policy to answer the question asked.. Shops do the same, if you buy cloth, the next day you may find just the same shirt you purchased on sale 50% off. |
