2nd interview 2morro with team leader?

i passed an english and maths test today and answered a few questions got a 2nd interview 2morro its for customer service i wonder what the 2nd round will b hmmmmm ?

If your first round was an aptitude test, then the second round will be a 1-1 interview.

Prepare for questions such as:

1. Tell me a bit about yourself?
2. Why do you want to work for us?
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
4. What are your career aspirations?

If you've had previous experience in customer services, you may get a question along the lines of the following:

1. Tell us about a time when you deal with an angry customer?

Just personal question. And depending on the job you may need to pass a drug test and criminal background test. Best of Luck!
