Picky eating to d extreme?

my partnes 13 year old brother wont eat any food except sausages from the deep fat fryer and corn flakes. he is always saying he feels sick. i would like to help but his mother wont make him eat food, it has been this way since he was six n i cant understand how u cant make a 6 yr old eat. he wont take vitamins and she wont make him do that either. im looking for some advice from someone who has dealt with this. i think someone needs to help him and he cant get help at home. please answer, wer from ireland so any special services that u know of in d republic would b so helpful.

Your partner must insist that the child's mother tackles their son's food phobia.
Get your partner to find out which doctors surgery he is registered to, call them and arrange to see the nurse or the health visitor attached to the surgery. Your partner can make the appointment and take him along to talk about his problem.
Then armed with info your partner must go and talk to his ex and make it very clear that this must be dealt with.
