At&t Tilt?

I want a new phone and I wanted the sidekick but after reading many, i mean many answers & questions, i have found numerous answers to my problem saying its hard to unlock a sidekick. so i have a solution. i want to get the at&t tilt. http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-s... thats the link. Do you have the at&t tilt? any good or negative comments? If my 2 year contract ends with at&t this winter and im handing in my razr, how much will my tilt cost if im still having the at&t? please give me as much information about the tilt as possible! 10 points for best answer!

i don't have the tilt but my cousin does. its a great phone.

my only warning to you is that it is a smart phone and it runs with windows mobile. & its a very large phone.

i'm not sure how much an upgrade to that phone would be.
