I have an interview with Virgin for the position of Premiere Customer Service Agent?

What questions, Scenarios etcwill they ask. What are the best answers to why I wish to work for Virgin? Thanks

I used to work for Virgin Premium Technical support but I had been outsourced to another company in Wales.

The interview was quite simple, I only had to display some knowledge of basic computer skills and customer service skills. They will likely create scenarios involving irritated customers or faulty services. Just maintain your calm and friendly demeanor and a clear head. If you focus on listening, the answers will come more quickly.

Do you prefer Pepsi or Coke?

Research your job description andbe ready to give examples of how you've been in those situations.
They could ask you about customer service situations that you have previously dealt with such as best example of customer service given/received, worst customer service you've received.
They might also ask you about how you've handled a difficult situation and the outcome (make sure it's a good outcome) and if you've ever gone the extra mile to help a customer.
Make sure you can talk through the situations in detail and that if you give an example of how the customer is unhappy with the outcome that either a lesson can be learnt and policies changed, or how you remained calm and helpful throughout but nothing else could be done.
As for why you want to work for Virgin- you may be up for a new challenge or enjoy working in a challenging environment.
